About This Course

Slingers are responsible for the safe attachment, rigging, and guidance of loads during crane and hoist lifting operations. All slingers on Irish construction sites must hold a valid CSCS slinger/signaller card.

Our CSCS Slinger programme covers the selection and inspection of lifting accessories, correct rigging techniques, load assessment, and the standard hand signals used to communicate with crane operators.

The course includes practical exercises assessed to CSCS standards and is suitable for both new entrants and experienced workers seeking formal certification.
