What IPAF 3a and 3b Cover
IPAF 3a — Vertical / Scissor Lifts
Static vertical platforms, scissor lifts, and similar non-slewing MEWPs. Training covers pre-use inspection, safe operation, emergency lowering, and practical assessment to IPAF standards.
IPAF 3b — Self-Propelled Booms
Self-propelled boom lifts and cherry pickers (articulated and telescopic). Includes outrigger-based machines where applicable, harness and fall-restraint use, manoeuvring, and rescue procedures.
